A vehicle driven by Tabatha L. Bomgardner of Great Bend was westbound on 12th St. turning north onto Harrison at 6:40 p.m. Friday and reportedly struck a lawn mower and individual who was mowing, and then left the area. The pedestrian received minor injuries but refused treatment. Bomgardner was later located and booked into the Barton County Jail for failure to give information and render aid at an accident involving personal injuries. She was released after posting a $500 surety bond.

Barton County Sheriff’s Office helped look for the male suspect.
