An individual used “false information” to steal thousands of dollars from an individual’s bank account, according to Lt. William Browne at the Great Bend Police Department. The alleged theft was reported last Tuesday at Farmers Bank and Trust, 1017 Harrison St. The investigation shows a person misrepresented himself or herself and got money from an individual’s account. Loss was $3,587.
