The program "Medicare Update" will be offered at 1 p.m. Monday at the Great Bend Senior Center, 2005 Kansas Ave. Bob Lininger from Southwest Kansas Area Agency on Aging will give the latest updates to the Medicare and prescription drug plans for the year 2011. He also will show how passage of the Affordable Care Act has already affected Medicare beneficiaries and changed prescription drug plans. Information on where and how to enroll or change plans will also be provided.
