The Panther Paw Restaurant staff and management at Great Bend High School have produced a cookbook containing recipes of dishes served throughout the school year.
Janet Thurow, GBHS special education teacher, who runs the monthly restaurant from her classroom, said the 14th-annual Panther Paw Restaurant recipe book is now available.
Books are $4.50 each and can be ordered by calling Thurow, 793-1606.
The restaurant serves as hands-on experience for her students who do everything from selecting a theme, shopping for ingredients, helping with the preparation, serving and cleaning up. Money raised from the fund raiser goes back into the program.
