Crime Stoppers of Barton County and Great Bend is seeking information about a bullet that hit a house in Great Bend at the end of March or first half of April, Police Chief Dean Akings said.
The house at 2908 17th St. was damaged sometime between March 28 and April 14. “The bullet went through the siding, wall, Sheetrock, a mattress, comforter and struck a dresser,” Akings said. “The bullet was recovered for evidence and not damaged. Damage to the home and contents was in excess of $400. No one at the home was injured.
