WINFIELD — Kansas Voices, sponsored by the Winfield Arts & Humanities Council, is back for its 25th year. Submit short stories, prose, or poetry. Winners will be honored and invited to read their work at a special dinner presentation at Winfield Baden Square, 700 Gary, Winfield, on May 3.Writers may enter either youth or adult divisions in two categories: poetry and prose (short story).
