Weather permitting, the little train at the Barton County Historical Village will run from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 14.
The little train will be run by trained members, said Beverly Komarek, director of the historical society. All riders must be seated at all times.
There is no charge for rides, but donations will be gratefully accepted to keep the little train operational.  The Historical Society is located just south of the Arkansas River Bridge on U.S. 281,  south of the Great Bend city limits.
