A St. John man was injured Thursday in a motorcycle accident in Barton County.
Kent Irwin Boles, 55, was taken to Great Bend Regional Hospital with undetermined injuries.
Kansas Highway Patrol reports he was on a 2010 Harley-Davidson motorcycle in the 600 block of SE 100 Ave., 6.2 miles south of Ellinwood, at 7:05 p.m. when a dog ran onto the road and was hit by the motorcycle. Boles was not wearing a helmet.
