First Christian Church, 5230 Broadway Ave., is selling pumpkins and gourds as a fundraiser for next summer’s Vacation Bible School. The pumpkin patch in front of the church is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 1-6 p.m. on Sunday, through Halloween. Coordinators Jennifer Cauley and Stacy McReynolds said they have a variety of sizes and prices.
The church also invites children to come to the church parking lot in their Halloween costumes from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, for “Trunk or Treat.”
