STAFFORD COUNTY — Staff from Quivira National Wildlife Refuge will present its annual Peeps and Pastries program from 8-10:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, April 28. This is a guided tour led by Refuge staff through Quivira’s wetlands in a search for some of the many shorebirds that migrate through the area each spring. After the tour, refreshments are provided.
The event is free of charge, but space is limited, so participants are asked to pre-register by calling Quivira, 620-486-2393.
