A retirement reception for Twentieth Judicial District Judge Hannelore Kitts will be held from 2-4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, in Courtroom B at the Barton County Courthouse. Kitts has served as a district judge for 17 years. The district includes Barton, Ellsworth, Rice, Russell and Stafford counties.
