A gasoline transport truck turning east onto 10th St. from Main at 2:57 p.m. Tuesday collided with another vehicle driven that was also turning east on 10th. Great Bend Fire Department responded because the tanker was spilling gas onto the other vehicle. Great Bend Police reports the drivers were Curtis Robinson  and Michelle Zamarripa.
GBFD Chief Mike Napolitano said the valves on the tanker were hit by the car, but less than five gallons of gas spilled due to the safety value on the truck.
