A free Stop ‘N Learn program titled “Spring Flowers” will be offered at noon Wednesday at the Great Bend Activity Center, 2715 18th St. Jerry Esfeld will talk about a variety of perennials and annuals available to plant in flower gardens this year. Topics will include selecting the perfect flowers, fertilizing, mulching and care, plus a question-and-answer time.
