McPHERSON — The Wichita Children’s Theatre brings a musical adaptation of “Little Red Riding Hood” to the McPherson Opera House stage on Saturday, June 8, at 10 and 11:30 a.m. In this musical, Little Red Riding Hood learns not to talk to strangers, and the wolf learns not to trick people. Thanks to a grant from the Waldhauer Education fund, admission is free for all ages.
The Wichita Children’s Theatre performances have been such a hit with the kids over the past three years, the director, John Holecek, has decided to make their performances a yearly summer tradition.
