City employees honored
The Great Bend City Council Monday night presented service awards to eight city employees, recognizing them for years of service. Pictured are: Great Bend Police Lt. Scott Bieberle for 25 years; and Rhonda Phillips, customer service representative with the Utility Department, Patrick Hastings, operator I with the Park Department, and Geraldine West, legal secretary, all for 10 years. Not pictured, but being honored, were Matthew Petersen, fire fighter IV, Daren Stewart, fire fighter III, Timothy Jacobs, service person II with the Park Department, and Anthony Bronson, operator I with the Street Department, all for 10 years.
