Food bank donation
Ladeska Makins presents Jennie Gordy with the Barton County Food Bank the proceeds from the 2011 Charity Chili Cookoff. Food Bank representative Evelyn Essmiller said the Food Bank is extremely thankful for all the support shown thru Sunflower Diversified Services sponsorship of this event. This donation assists us in continuing to provide food for the growing number of needy families this holiday season. The event took place Nov. 5 and $305 was raised.
