The City of Rozel is holding an Open House  and ribbon cutting from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday to celebrate the opening of the new Water Treatment plant located at 203 North Main Street. The City of Rozel was awarded a Community Development Block Grant and a Grant Loan from USDA Rural Development. The purpose of the grant was to construct a filtration facility and to dig a new well to improve the city’s water.
