All School Walk
Some of the students and staff are pictured above on their All School Walk, this past week at Roosevelt Elementary School in Hoisington. As part of the focus on wellness, students and staff are participating in an activity each nine weeks to emphasize the importance of overall wellness. Students have health and wellness class each week with instructor Tim Schremmer to discuss the many aspects of nutrition and physical activity. The students enjoyed the walk to the park where they played on the playground equipment for about 10 minutes and then walked back to school.
