KOC to hold Texas Hold ‘Em tournament

HOISINGTON — The Hoisington Knights of Columbus, 114 N. Main, will hold a Texas Hold ‘Em tournament at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Proceeds will be donated to area charities.

KOC to hold Fish Fry

HOISINGTON — The Hoisington Knights of Columbus, 114 N. Main will hold an "All you can eat Fish Fry" from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, March 23. Proceeds help area charities.

Benefit to be held for Shuey

HOISINGTON — A Pig Feed and Dance Benefit will be held for Levi Shuey from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the VFW Post, 256 S. Main on March 24. There will be drawings for prizes. Tickets are $1 each for the drawing. The dance begins at 8 p.m. For more information, call Alisha, 653-4501.

Ellinwood to hold Lenten Lunch

ELLINWOOD — A Lenten Lunch will be held at noon on Wednesday, March 21 at St. Joseph Parish center, hosted by the First Baptist church.

Lunch time will be for 20 minutes, followed by a meditation given by the host minister. Adjournment will take place before 1 p.m.

A free will offering will be taken for the Ellinwood Area Churches Fund.
