Hoisington in need of Grand Marshal nominations
HOISINGTON — The Hoisington Chamber of Commerce is in need of nominations for Grand Marshal for Labor Day. Those with ideas can contact the Hoisington Chamber of Commerce at 653-4311.

Fire Escape to hold Bible studies
ELLINWOOD —The Fire Escape is a non-profit ministry focused community coffee house, that is available to the community.
The Fire Escape is open to the public every Saturday from 7-9 p.m. Those 6th grade and under must be accompanied by a parent.
Every Monday morning there is a prayer and devotion time starting at 6:30 a.m. on April 1.
There will also be a study on “The Bait of Satan” starting at 7 p.m. on April 5, lasting one hour. The leaders will be Buzz and Clifann Birney.

Swinging Stars sponsor anniversary dance
HOISINGTON — The Hoisington Swinging Stars are sponsoring their 32nd anniversary with a Sunday Special square dance at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 7 at the Hoisington City  Auditorium,1st and Walnut Streets. Hoisington. Caller will be Jim Hayes.
