The cost of joining the Twisted Stitchers Quilt Club is $10 per year. The amount was incorrect in a previous issue of the Great Bend Tribune.

Ellinwood to hold antique and collectable show and sale

The annual antique and collectable show and sale will be held Oct. 2 and 3 at St. Joseph Parish Center. On Saturday, it will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appraisals will be Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Two items per ticket can be appraised. The cost of a ticket is $2.

Group to sell prepackaged food

USD 431 Hoisington Middle School and Parent Representatives in developing education will sell "Gourmet to Go" prepackaged food for people on the go.

These foods consist of casseroles, desserts and dips and other items. They will be sold Sept. 29 to Oct.15.
