HOISINGTON — Bubba’s 2nd annual Hoisington Labor Day BBQ cook-off will be held Aug. 31.
All competition meat will be inspected by the Official Meat Inspector 30 minutes prior to start of the competition. Once the meat has been inspected, it shall not leave the contest site. Cooking shall not begin until meat has been inspected and not until the official start time of the competition.
Turn in times are from 1-3 p.m. There is an entry fee.
Fifty percent of the proceeds raised through public sampling will go to Kans for Kids.
