CLAFLIN — The Central Plains High School KAY organization is asking for help to warm the hearts of families in need this winter. Members are asking residents to donate new or gently used winter apparel. It may be dropped off at the local churches in Bushton, Claflin or Holyrood or to any Central Plains School Office.

They accept new or gently used coats, hats, scarves, gloves or snow boots. The collection ends Nov. 27.
