A Child in Need of Care Report was taken in the 200 block of West 2nd. Four juveniles were removed from the home and placed in protective custody reference the case.

Victoria Siefers was cited for accident involving damage to another vehicle or property, duty to give information, duty to report an accident, inattentive driving and no proof of motor vehicle insurance, reference a hit and run accident report which had been reported in December 2012. Accident occurred in the 200 block of East 5th.
