City of Ellinwood trash pickup schedule
ELLINWOOD — There will be no trash pickup on Monday, May 27 due to the Memorial Day holiday. The trash schedule will be Tuesday and Thursday on the east side and Wednesday and Friday on the west side.

Baird announces resignation
ELLINWOOD — Ellinwood Chamber of Commerce Administrator Nancy Baird has announced her resignation from that position. She will be taking a full-time job at a local insurance company. She has been the administrator for six years.
“It has been an awesome opportunity to be the Chamber administrator and promote our wonderful community,” said Baird in an email. She also said she plans to remain active in the community.
