Ellinwood chamber accepting vendor registrations for Christkindlmarket

ELLINWOOD — The Ellinwood Chamber of Commerce is accepting vendors for its inaugural Christkindlmarket on Sunday, Dec. 1., Complete with a Living Nativity, St. Nicholas, carolers and community tree lighting, they hope to create a family-friendly, festive atmosphere in the German tradition.
There are two portions to the event: afternoon and evening. There is no fee to have a booth.
This is a great opportunity for artists, bakers, craftsmen, non-profits as well as school, religious and civic organizations to sell something, or simply provide information about your cause or organization.
The event is being advertised throughout Kansas.

Ellinwood chamber has Operation Stocking Stuffer

ELLINWOOD — The Ellinwood Chamber of Commerce and American Legion Post 320 are having a Christmas card stocking stuffer for Kansas veterans. The chamber has a giant stocking where cards can be left at the chamber office. Write a message, sign and seal it, and the Ellinwood American Legion Post 320 will deliver it to Kansas VA Centers. No stamp is needed.
