Ellinwood Police Department April Report
Approximately 101 calls for service and 114 officer initiated calls were received for the month of April. Officers responded to seven medical/fire calls. Five arrests were made and 14 criminal summonses were served in the month of April.

April 4
A found property report was taken in the 100 block of North Humbolt.
April 6
A dog at large report was taken in the 400 block of East Santa Fe. Cheryl Whiting was issued a criminal summons for the violation.
A dog at large report was taken in the 500 block of South Humbolt. Joseph Dannebohm was issued a criminal summons for the violation.
April 8
A possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia report was taken in the 500 block of South Humbolt.
A child in need of care report was taken in the 300 block of East 3rd.
April 9
Michael Pedigo was arrested in the 500 block of South Humbolt on a Great Bend Municipal Warrant. Pedigo was transported to the Barton County Jail, where he was booked and confined in lieu of bond.
A dog at large report was taken in the 500 block of Camille. Michael Hayes was issued a criminal summons for the violation.
April 10
A theft report was taken in the 600 block of Wilhelm.
Floyd Logan Junior was arrested in the 100 block of East Santa Fe for driving while suspended. Logan was transported to the Barton County Jail, where he was booked and confined in lieu of bond.
April 11
A dog at large report was taken in the 200 block of West 6th. Joseph Gerritzen was served a criminal summons for the violation.
April 13
A theft of tag decal report was taken in the 300 block of Pembroke Lane.
April 16
Tiara Purcell was arrested in the 100 block of South Kennedy for driving while suspended. Purcell was transported to the Barton County Jail, where she was booked and confined in lieu of bond.
April 17
A theft report was taken in the 30 block of Goethe.
April 18
Alicia Hoeffner was arrested in the 100 block of East Santa Fe for driving while suspended. Hoeffner was transported to the Barton County Jail, where she was booked and confined in lieu of bond.
A child in need of care report was taken in the 500 block of South Humbolt.

A hit and run accident report was taken in the 600 block of North Main.

An injury accident report taken in the 200 block of Wilhelm.
April 22
James Whiting was arrested in the 400 block of East Santa Fe for driving while suspended. Whiting was transported to the Barton County Jail, where he was booked and confined in lieu of bond.

A non-injury accident report was taken in the 200 block of East 2nd.
A theft of motor vehicle report was taken in the 400 block of East Santa Fe.
April 27
A non-injury accident report was taken in the 200 block of Old Manor Road.
April 28
Luis Guerrero Jr. was arrested in the 500 block of East Santa Fe for driving while suspended. Guerrero Jr. was transported to the Barton County Jail, where he was booked and confined in lieu of bond.
