Criminal and Accident Reports: Nov. 8 Russell Lane was arrested in the 10 block of North Bismark on a Lane County Warrant. Lane was transported to the Barton County Jail, where he was booked and confined in lieu of bond. Nov. 9 Emily Noblitt was arrested in the 500 block of South Humbolt on an Ellinwood Municipal Warrant.
