Effective April 1, 2013, TEFAP Income Guidelines are as follows:

If you are picking up commodities for someone other than yourself, the person receiving the commodities must complete a Proxy Form. You may pick up the form at Living Joy Community Church or by calling the church office at (620) 653-2702.
