HOISINGTON —D.E.A.R. Day is April 12. The acronym stands for Drop Everything And Read. The Hoisington Middle School KAYs will be sponsoring a book fair at the Hoisington Activity Center, 1200 Susank Rd., to celebrate the day. The public is invited to come see the display and purchase books and novelties on April 12 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from 3:30 to 8 p.m. on April 13. There will be books for all ages as well as posters, pencils, erasers, bookmarks and other fun stuff!  The proceeds of the fair will be used to buy books for the school libraries.
