HMS performs School Daze

HOISINGTON —On April 29 and  April 30, the Hoisington Middle School vocal group performed its play “School Daze” at Roosevelt and Lincoln Elementary Schools. The vocal group is made up of 7th and 8th grade students from Hoisington Middle School.
The play had eight songs with different acts and skits in between. The students they performed for aged from preschool to 4th grade. The play was about a day in Hoisington Middle School, acting out parts of class, lockers, lunch, and detention. Fourth graders, Quentin Boxberger and Ryan Woydziak, said the play was “Awesome” and “Great” and their favorite song was about detention. Third grader, Gracie Alyward, said her favorite scene from the play was the detention scene and her favorite song was walk don’t run.
The next place the vocal group plans to perform is at HMS for grades 5th- 8th.
