ELLINWOOD — A Red Cross blood drive is being held 2-7 p.m. July 9 at St. Joseph Parish Center in Ellinwood. The event is being sponsored by Star of Hope
In past years, Ellinwood residents have saved countless lives through their generous number of blood donations. Unfortunately for the past few years, those numbers have fallen to record lows.
Star of Hope is challenging the residents of Ellinwood and the surrounding communities to roll up their sleeves and find more than 100 donors
This summer to make it even more appealing to be a donor, the Red Cross is saying thank you with a T-shirt.  Donors will be entered to win a Gibson guitar. If you are between 16-21 will be entered to win a $5,000 scholarship!
