Wild, wonderful Kansas The picture of the group is Lois Steiners fourth grade class. On Tuesday, Jan. 28, Pam Martin from the Kansas Wetlands Educational Center presented two programs to the kindergarten through fourth students at Central Plains Elementary-Holyrood. The kindergarten and first grade students learned fascinating facts about the Kansas symbols, while the second through fourth grade students learned about bison artifacts and how the Native Americans utilized all parts of the bison.
