Catching butterflies
Two-year-old Keller Hull, son of Tara and Pierce Hull of Great Bend, carries his butterfly catching net at Quivira National Wildlife Refuge on Saturday. QNWF holds an annual Monarch butterfly catch-and-release program each fall to tag the butterflies for research. Tagged butterflies have been found as far away as Mexico.
