A fax machine, bicycles and other items will be sold Friday when the City of Great Bend holds an auction, starting at 5 p.m. at the Police Department, 1217 Williams St.
Detective David Bailey said the list of items is still being complied, but there will be bicycles and electronic equipment in the assortment of abandoned and unclaimed property. Some city property is also for sale.
There won’t be any vehicles at this year’s sale, Bailey said. “It’s just a lot of miscellaneous property.” One of the larger items is a used portable power unit from the Fire Department.
Ken Schremmer of Schremmer Realty Auction & Appraisers LC will serve as the auctioneer.
