In a vehicle driven by Christopher C. Jaso, 30, of Scott City, Skyler M. Denning, 23, Hoisington, Maria D. Cavender, 32, Great Bend, and Saxon A. Denning, 20, Great Bend were injured in a wreck at 6:20 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Jaso was driving a 2006 Mercury Mariner northbound on K-23 approximately one mile north of Gove and failed to negotiate a curve due to icy road conditions. The vehicle overturned an unknown amount of times, coming to rest on its wheels facing west, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol Crash Log.
Jaso was not injured. He was wearing a seat belt.
The remaining occupants were transported to Gove County Medical Center. They were not wearing seat belts.
