Local law enforcement is seeking the public’s help in solving a residential apartment burglary at 5210 10th St. in Great Bend. Sheriff Brian Bellendir, speaking for Crime Stoppers, said unknown persons entered one of the apartments between noon and 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 6, and removed firearms and other personal property.
Among the weapons stolen were an Ithaca 10-gauge semi-automatic shotgun, a .45 caliber Springfield Armory 1911 pistol and a Remington 870 20-gauge shotgun. Loss was in excess of $3,000.
