A Larned woman was flown to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita on Wednesday after a morning rollover accident in Pawnee County. A hospital spokesman said Lindsey N. Miller, 31, was in critical condition Wednesday evening.
Kansas Highway Patrol reports Miller was southbound on U.S. 183, 15 miles south of Rush Center, when the accident occurred at 7:15 a.m. The 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 she was driving crossed the center line. The driver over-corrected and the vehicle turned sideways and rolled multiple times, coming to rest in the ditch on its side.
Miller was not wearing a seat belt. She was first taken to Pawnee Valley Community Hospital in Larned.
The vehicle was removed by Tauscher’s Body Shop.
