Three missing girls found

Three teenage girls who had been missing since Sunday night were found Friday afternoon in Great Bend.

Detective David Bailey at the Great Bend Police Department contacted the Great Bend Tribune around 2 p.m. Friday, to report all three of the girls and been found at a residence in the 300 block of Maple St.

One 16-year-old and two 14-year-olds reportedly ran away together. They had last been seen around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, running down an alley in the 1400 block of Stone St.

Bailey said the girls were all safe, and that the investigation was continuing.
