Two adult males under age 21 were arrested Thursday night after a police pursuit in the city of Great Bend.
At 10:54 p.m., two GBPD officers attempted to stop a vehicle at 24th and White Sands. The vehicle stopped or slowed in the 5800 block of Aspen, where a male passenger took off running, and the vehicle continued. The passenger was located and arrested for minor in possession (MIP) and minor in consumption of alcohol (MIC).
The driver was arrested for driving under the influence, MIP, MIC, flee and elude and open container. The GBPD K-9 unit was called to assist with the investigation.
