A Great Bend woman remains in the Barton County jail following her arrest during a drug raid at a home Friday morning.
Sharr Hamby, 27, was taken into custody at about 8:30 Friday at 2607 Gano in Great Bend after law enforcement executed a narcotics search warrant the residence, a Great Bend Police Department news release said. Drugs were found in the house, but authorities did not elaborate on what types.
According to GBPD Capt. Bob Robinson, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation assisted. “They were a lot of help.”
Also at the scene was the GBPD K-9 unit.
Hamby was booked into the jail for a narcotics violation. Her bond was set at $25,000.
Robinson said this was part of an on-going probe and case remains under investigation.
