HOISINGTON — New Life Baptist’s fourth annual “Trike Nite” will take place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, on the street in front of 364 W. 12 th , Hoisington.
The entire street will be blocked off, providing a safe, fun place for kids to ride their tricycles or small bikes. An obstacle course will provide a simple challenge.
Hamburgers, hotdogs, snow cones, and popcorn will be the refreshments for everyone. Children will have fun places to go, such as a “pet store” with real fish, “custom detailing” with balloons and crepe paper, bounce house, “mechanics shop,” artist nook, glider plane contests, and trike/small bike races.
A visit from a Hoisington police officer will provide opportunity to see inside a real cruiser, and learn safe “rules of the road.” Drawings will be held for each child to take home a prize.
The entire Hoisington community is invited to come by, enjoy good food, and have a fun evening planned for kids and their families.
