Hope Lutheran bazaar tonight in Rush Co.

RUSH CENTER — The women of the Hope Lutheran Church in Rush Center, also known as WELCA (Women of Evangelical Lutheran Church of America) have will hold their annual bazaar Friday in the church basement.
A meal will be served from 5-7 p.m., with selections such as sloppy joes, sandwiches, pie and sweet rolls. An auction at 7 p.m. will feature handcrafted items including hand-quilted quilts of all sizes, plants and baked goods.

Dominicans’ Mission Benefit Bazaar coming Saturday

The Dominican Sisters of Peace in Great Bend host their Annual Mission Benefit Bazaar from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, at 3600 Broadway Ave. With beverage and cinnamon rolls in the morning, soup and pie for lunch, hundreds of handcrafted and homemade items, a drawing for 19 prizes, unique gift theme baskets, and a silent auction, there is something for everyone. The sisters invite everyone to come spend the day and enjoy the aroma and magic of this festive autumn, pre-holiday event.

Trousale UMC to hold bazaar and supper

TROUSDALE — The Trousdale United Methodist Church will hold its annual bazaar and supper Wednesday, Nov. 12. The bazaar will begin at 4 p.m., and the supper starts at 4:30 p.m. Charge for the supper is a freewill donation.
Proceeds from the evening will be used for mission projects and church upkeep.

Hoisington Knights serving turkey dinner

HOISINGTON — The Hoisington Knights of Columbus will have a Turkey Dinner from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, at the Hoisington K of C Hall, 114 N. Main.
They will be serving turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, rolls, drinks and pumpkin bars for desert. The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for ages 4-12 years old and children under 4 eat free. All proceeds are donated to area charities.
