Grace Lutheran Church in Lyons will host the 50th anniversary of the ordination and installation of the Rev. Lester H. Dumer on Sunday, June 29. Dumer was pastor at Grace Lutheran Church from June 28, 1964, until 1972. He will be preaching the sermon at the 4:30 p.m. service on June 29.
There will be a catered supper in the church basement following the service. It is handicapped accessible by elevator. Reservations for the catered meal may be made by calling Judy Tatlock at 620-257-3687 or email jatatlock@hotmail.com by Sunday, June 22.
All members of local Hutchinson and Great Bend Zone LCMS Churches, members and former members of Grace Lutheran Church in Lyons are welcome to attend.
