Heartland Center for Spirituality in Great Bend will hold SpiritLife classes on Saturday Nov. 15. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the last class will conclude at 3 p.m.
Classes include:
• Wounded Human Nature – Examine the ways that sin/non-love sabotages self-growth.  
• Twelve Steps of Alcoholic Anonymous – Learn how the 12 steps of recovery will help bring freedom, happiness and deep peace.  
• Working with the Twelve Steps – Discover practical ways to apply some of the 12 step principles.

Movies with a Message features C.S. Lewis

The Heartland Center for Spirituality will show the movie, “The Life and Faith of C.S. Lewis: The Magic Never Ends,” at 6:15 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, in the auditorium at the Dominican Sisters of Peace Motherhouse, 3600 Broadway Ave. A freewill offering will be accepted to offset the cost of refreshments.
