Mary Bieberle will be the featured speaker at the next Great Bend Aglow Lighthouse meeting, Saturday, Sept. 13 at Perkins Restaurant, 2920 10th St. Coffee and social time begins at 9 a.m., with the program at 9:30.
Bieberle was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colo. She came to Great Bend in 1961 to teach and continued for 32 years, mostly in fifth grade.
She says that after her husband Norbert’s death, the Lord catapulted her into a closer relationship with Him. She received her credentials for ministry in 2013 and has gone on several mission trips. She has been a mentor for a ladies discipleship class in her church for the last two years.
Bieberle said she firmly believes Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord. “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Sponsors invite the public to, “Come and see what the Lord has for you.” Aglow Lighthouse is an interdenominational, world-wide ministry and is open to men and women.
