The Great Bend USD 428 Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 12:15 p.m. Monday, Aug. 5, at the District Education Center, 201 S. Patton Road. Superintendent Khris Thexton will provide updated details of the district’s proposed 2019-2020 budget and the board will approve the budget’s publication in the Great Bend Tribune as a legal notice.
