United Way close to goal

Oilfield Division, which includes 56 oilfield businesses, raised over $20,000 United Way of Central Kansas, over 60% than last year due to the hard work of these gentlemen. United Way of Central Kansas is inching towards their goal of $235,000, to date 98% has been raised. The campaign could not succeed without the many individuals and businesses that donate. Larned has been a tremendous asset to the campaign and have made United Way more prominent in their community. Working together we better us all. “I am so proud of our 19 agencies and that 99% of the funds stay right here in our community” said Julie Bugner Smith, Executive Director of United Way of Central Kansas.
