A Child In Need of Care (CINC) case was reported Wednesday.

A vehicle driven by Larry Landwehr was southbound on Van Buren St. at 3:49 p.m. Wednesday and struck a vehicle driven by Jodi Schumacher that was eastbound on 17th St.

Someone broke out the windshield on a 1986 Honda passenger car at 2401 Railroad Ave., it was reported Wednesday.

Theft of a Kansas license tag was reported Wednesday.
