A hit-and-run vehicle struck a vehicle parked at 5625 10th St., it was reported Tuesday.
A vehicle driven by James Bartonek was southbound on K-96 at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday and struck a vehicle driven by Arther Lind that was westbound on Broadway.
A mattress that was causing a traffic hazard was removed from the roadway on 24th St. at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday.
Someone cut a vehicle topper at 2722 19th St., it was reported Tuesday. Loss was $700.
Great Bend Fire Department
Firefighters made four ambulance runs on Tuesday.
There were no fires.
Barton County Sheriff
Numerous items were stolen from a Berexco Inc. oil rig at NE 160 Ave. and NE 10 Road, it was reported Tuesday. Items were taken between Dec. 24 and 27.
Dolphin Energy LLC, Hollywood, Fla., had 80 barrels of crude oil stolen and another 20 barrels spilled on the ground at 500 NW 100 Road and 50 Ave., it was reported Tuesday.
